This course provides students the opportunity to gain the many skills required in various Child Care professions. Any student considering elementary education or any of the many areas concerned with the care of children would benefit greatly from this program. Students learn theory, plan activities, and assist in the operation of the nursery school.
Prerequisites and Other Notes: Second year job placement through co-op program possible. This program provides a portion of the requirements to complete the U.S. Department of Labor Apprenticeship in Child Development, which also provides college credit toward an associate degree in Occupational Development at WVU-P. |
