Mrs. Stacy Parsons has served Roane-Jackson Technical Center as a Business/Marketing Instructor since 1986.  Mrs. Parsons also serves as DECA Advisor for RJTC and serves on the WVACTE Board.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Glenville State College in Business Education with endorsements in Diversified Cooperative Training, Careers in Education, and Marketing. Mrs. Parsons also has a Master’s Degree from Marshall University Graduate College in Vocational, Technical, and Adult Basic Education. In addition to her teaching experience at RJTC, she taught at Charleston Job Corps for one year. Mrs. Parsons is a graduate of Ripley High School and a former student at Arch A. Moore Jr. Vocational Center (RJTC).
