Roane-Jackson Technical Center

Mrs. Debbie Cline has been the Finance Executive Secretary at Roane-Jackson Technical Center for three years. She was the Receptionist and Finance secretary at Spencer High School and Roane County High. She worked for the Roane County Board of Education office as the Food Service and Finance Executive Secretary before coming to Roane- Jackson Technical Center.

Mrs. Gibson

Mrs. Monica Gibson has been at Roane-Jackson Technical Center as Executive Secretary to Adult Programs since 2006. She also has five years secretarial experience with Jackson County Schools. She has nine years experience with AT&T as a customer service representative. She was a supervisor for the 1990 Census. She also worked at the Silver &Gold Connection for seven years. Monica has an Associate of Business Degree from West Virginia Tech, a Regents Degree from West Virginia University and a Certificate of Business from Roane-Jackson Technical Center. Monica is married with three children and resides in Cottageville.

Mrs. Dever

Mrs. JoAnn Dever has served as an Executive Secretary at RJTC since 2010. She held a variety of positions during the 22 years she worked for the Roane County Schools, but transferred to RJTC after being the financial secretary at Roane County High School.
