Mr. Jeffrey L. James has been with Roane-Jackson Technical Center for several years. He is trained and experienced in all facets of the construction industry. He is endorsed by the National Center for Construction Education and Research and the Association of Builders and Contractors. Mr. James is also a certified Engineer. He has five college and graduate school degrees including a Master of Science in Technical Education and an Educational Specialist. He also served in the military as Commander.
