Welcome to Roane-Jackson Technical Center.  Our school opened in 1973 to serve the students of Roane and Jackson Counties.  Since 1973 the school has provided secondary instruction as well as post secondary training for adults in the region.    

Roane-Jackson has two full-time adult programs in Licensed Practical Nursing and Medical Office Technology.  Each of these programs can be completed in less than 12 months and both are eligible for federal financial aid as well as workforce funding.  In addition to these two full-time programs the school also offers a variety of part-time night classes and regularly hosts outside entities that also offer education opportunities to the citizens of the region.

Currently our school offers 17 high school programs to serve students from Ravenswood, Ripley, and Roane County High Schools.  When space permits we also enroll adults and home schooled students who have training needs in appropriate high school courses.
